Schools, Libraries Get Net Money (The Intelligencer / Wheeling News-Register)
Schools and libraries in the Northern Panhandle will get federal reimbursement dollars to help with costs associated with Internet access. At least one superintendent said the money could be used to purchase more technology for the classrooms — or it could be set aside to cover rising fuel costs.
