Nevada Attorney General seeks to stop payment on money transfer fraud (News 4 Reno)
In an effort to halt the escalating instances of fraud-induced money transfers, Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto announced today that MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. has entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance (AVC) with Nevada and 43 other States and the District of Columbia.
